Introduction

This page was created August 2008 and is currently a work in process, however if you feel you can contribute to the project or just want to get in touch please email us at indiepedia@live.co.uk

Our aim is to get people listening to more bands, because there is already an inexhaustible backlog of music that never deserves to be forgotten. Finding new bands that sound like your old favourite bands seems to be the simplest way, isn’t it?

Our profiles are not intended to be exhaustive explanations of who the band are, where they’re from and which toothpaste brand they would choose if there was a range of reasonably priced toothpastes from different brands put in a line-up with the artist or band confined to a £1.80 budget, but simply a brief introduction in case you’re ever asked in a pub quiz who Lee Hazlewood collaborated with in his last recording before he sadly passed.

If you are wanting to highlight a factual inaccuracy in an article rather than add recommended bands, please email us rather than comment below the article. If you email your problem over it can be corrected.

All of your comments will be appreciated, probably.
